Psalm 73:7-9

⁷ Their eyes bulge with fatness;
    they have more than a heart could wish.
⁸ They mock and speak with evil oppression;
    they speak loftily.
⁹ They set their mouth against the heavens,
    and their tongue struts through the earth.
